Kenson is incredible. Our AC unit stopped working the same day we had guests check in to our Airbnb. Kenson was there at 9pm assessing the situation. He then replaced the entire unit first thing in the morning. The old thermostats were had was also replaced. We had several other technicians come out in the past that told us we could never replace it due to wiring issues. We are truly happy with the services we received. Kenson is the only person we plan to use from now on.
Outstanding service
Fast response and professionalism is top tier. As a woman you never really know about this appliance stuff lol but he made it very understandable and was efficient, problem was solved promptly and im very appreciative. Definitely will be referring to anyone who needs A/C service.
