horrible If your home warranty gives you to them - REFUSE TO USE THEM. I'd call it terrible service, communication but really it is NO service or communication. It took 5 days to get a return phone call and make an appointment . Then they were quick to come and take my $75 service fee, look around for 10 minutes and do NO work. Said they'd call me the next day to arrange the fixing of extensive problems of my ducts which would be covered by my home warranty. I'VE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN.
