was hired to do an assessment of a HVAC System, came on time, did his inspection, and said he would email me the results. paid his in advance via zelle. After 24 hours still no report! no response to multiple texts. he picked up and said he was busy and will get to it when he could. I told him i had a deadline upfront and needed by 5pm the day of... Its been over 28 hours, no report, or response. Doest show much care for his clients.
Called and they were out within 2 hours on Cinco de Mayo. Figured out the issue and repaired. With 90 degree heat and an elderly person at home, really appreciate getting cold ac! Definitely recommend!!!
These are professional people and very knowledgeable in their business. They stand by their work and provide competitive price. They have wide contacts of suppliers to get the right product. They replced our evaporator coil in 2021 that was leaking and also serviced my sustem in 2023.
Honest, timely, and professional! Very impressed with all aspects of this business and will recommend to any and everyone. Will be my first call from now on!
After a more than a month and five attempts(all of which they were late for)to fix a minor issue with my AC, I had to fire them and have someone else come in who said the initial work that was done was not necessary in the first place. Also, I feel like the positive feedback is possibly fake. It’s all either one year or nine months ago. 🤨
