We have used JR and Stay Cool since we moved into this area in 2006. He and his team have been responsive to every call and forthright to work with on each issue. From closing up gaps in the ductwork to replacing entire A/C systems, JR has been professional and pleasant, reliable and most importantly, honest. He is very knowledgeable about many AC systems on the market. He has provided his opinion about alternatives and truly will give 110% to his work. JR & his Stay Cool A/C and Heating team have provided top-notch, friendly, competent and honest - can I stress Honest more? - service since they started. I have had the evaporator unit replaced by them, and they have provided all the annual A/C and furnace checkups for years. A few years back I was on a trip and neighbors watched the house, and they noticed the furnace acting erratically.
