Called, Texted guy and he said he would provide and estimate on Monday. As it turns out come Monday no word. Then at some point he stops responding to all Text and everything. Unreliable, to stop communicating with some reasoning
We have had the shutters for about 4 years and we continue to be very pleased. The times we have needed to use them, it has been very easy to open and close. NO HASSLE whatsoever !
