Woke up to a warm house, a frozen unit in my attic and water dripping through my son’s ceiling. Dylan had Brian over at my house just a few hours after I called him and added some Freon to get me back online and clearly laid out a sensible plan to keep it running and when it might be time to replace the unit with no pressure to do it right away. Great customer service.

I've been using this company for at least 2 years now, I think. I have no worries that the assessments of my HVAC units will be sub-standard. I very much enjoy Johnny, whom I believe is the main technician. He is very professional and easy to talk to. I trust his judgment. I had an excellent experience with AC Services heating and Air conditioning from start to finish. Scheduling was quick and easy, and they were able to come out sooner than expected, which was a huge relief given the heat. The technician arrived right on time, was professional, courteous, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my system.
