I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. My AC has been a nightmare since it was installed, and their response has been nothing short of negligent. After the initial installation, it was clear that the job was done poorly—exposed tubing connected to the unit that should have been installed inside the house. Whatever you do, do not hire this company. My experience with them has been nothing short of a disaster. They installed an AC system in my home, and the job was so poorly done that the tubing is exposed outside the unit when it should have been installed inside the house. This kind of negligence is simply unacceptable. The AC has since broken down, and despite numerous requests for urgent repairs, they have failed to respond in a timely manner.
