This happened in the summer of 2023. The technician wasn't able to determine the problem and called the office to ask what to do. We overheard the conversation and it was decided to tell us that the coils on our unit were so dirty it was causing the problem (the AC would run, but stop suddenly and not come back on). I asked the technician if it was possibly an electrical issue and he immediately said no. Have used them to service old, end of life HVAC units and to install brand new. They are great to work with, friendly and honest. They have saved me lots of money by advising me to not spend money on things that were not necessary when their competition told me I had to spend thousands of dollars. It is comforting to have someone that you can trust.
Never use this company! They claimed our refrigerant was stolen so our warranty company would not pay...couldn't figure out why our heat & air still wouldn't work...tried to con us into buying a whole new unit...refused to come back out when after multiple visits we still didn't have heat/air...found a reputable repairman who found the leak first visit and we have heat/air...total incompetence! Never will use nor recommend this company!
