These folks are lovely to deal with; their attitude was pleasant. They were super friendly and made an appointment for me on the same day. The issue I was having was warm blowing air all the time, and on a hot day in Concord, that's not going to over too well with my wife. Norm is an exceptionally talented repairman. I called a few air conditioning companies in the Concord area to repair my ac unit and none were not even close to Norm’s customer service. He came out within 2 hours and explained my options. I had a lot of confidence in Norm so I trusted him to install a new unit. His price was very reasonable and the new air conditioner is wonderful-the install team was great!!!!
