AC Pros has done excellent work for me over the years. Most recently Doug inspected and flushed my water heater then he and Ethan installed a new water shut-off valve and pressure regulator. Doug showed me how to turn the water valve off & on as well as how to safely shut off my water heater if needed. This is a great relief to me to know I can do those things myself.
Update: Doug came today to troubleshoot a shower fixture issue and presented two options, recommending the one that saved me the most money, which was great! He also had time to fix the issue while he was here. This is the second time I have used AC Pros and will use them again and recommend them when asked. Ethan and Michael provided and installed the clip for my shower diverter valve and were professional, quick, and courteous. I would hire them again.
Ethan and Preston were incredible! They worked tirelessly throughout the day replacing our AC. It was obvious that they carried themselves as professionals and took care of our home as if it were there own. Everything was left clean and the AC is running smoothly.
I’ve used AC Pros to purchase and service my AC for several years and just recently had a new Water Heater installed by Doug and Ethan who were caring, considerate and thorough. Everything went extremely well and I have full confidence in this business and plan to use them for all my AC, Water Heater and Plumbing needs.
Our AC unit failed about a month ago, and after getting several bids, we decided to go with AC Pros. They've done jobs for us before, so we knew we could count on the quality of their work. They presented us with multiple options, and we ended up going with their top-end Goodman Invertor Unit. We could not be more pleased with the new system. So incredibly quiet and effective!
