Utilized this company through my home warranty, they were to install a new AC unit, they came out January 28, 2023, they placed and connected the AC unit up, the service man DID NOT test the AC system, stating "it's too cold and I wont be able to test it, call us when it warms up and Ill check it then". I called today, AC Pros immediately declined and said I had to request another service call thru my home warranty company.
