Don’t even understand why is this place still in business The prices are over priced with old computer that don’t even work not updated and cheap paper
Bad experience. My appointment was at 1:40 pm and they told me to wait around five hours because Aura , the person that filled up the taxes was busy, What kind of respect for the customer is that. One of my worst experiences ever.
I will never suggest this company to anyone who needs their taxes completed. I dropped my taxes off to them in February ’24 and it is now May 24’. When reaching out to staff to find out more information, the only response is…“she will be here tomorrow, or she will be here next week.” This dialogue has yet to escalate to the “phantom“of women to show up with my completed tax returns.
