This year might be the last year I go to ac plaza for my tax preparation. There is a 50$ deposit towards the 250$ tax preparation fee. My appointment was april 5th, I emailed them the last piece of documentation on april 7th. Today is april 17th and I log into the irs website to track my refund and it says my taxes were not processed my refund is at a balance of 0.00 I contact the office today april 17th the receptionist takes down my message. Soy cliente de Aura desde el año 2007 , ella dedica tiempo necesario para poder realizar los taxes con éxito , cada minuto que esperas vale la pena los resultados son excelentes la atención es única y sobre todo una mujer especializada en estrategia de impuestos y eso no se encuentra en todos lados. Y el que no quiera esperar se pierde el fruto de la espera.
