I had a frustrating experience with the scheduling and communication for my fingerprinting appointment. We originally agreed that I would go to the Carson location because it was closer and more convenient for me. When the day of my appointment came, I drove to the Carson location as planned, only to find out that she was actually at the Downey location. I had a very positive experience, completing my livescan. They were very accommodating with their schedule and equally thorough.
Great vibe. Ana was the best. I needed to do my live scan, and because of my hours nothing was available anywhere, but Ana was so kind to work with me and gave her time on a Friday night and waited for me between 630-7 pm and provided me with the services at the time. Very professional and fast, and she even notify me as soon as she knew that my Lives scan went through. Best service ever. Thank you Ana.
