Christian my AC Ninja came to my home earlier this week. He was professional, courteous, and punctual. He took care of the issue and my AC never worked so good!! I would highly recommend him.
I called this company after reading their reviews,spoke to Christian he came out the same day and got straight to the problem said my coolant was low and my valve was broke. My house is 4 years old so my part was under warranty which I did not know, thank God. He resolved the issue right away. I am referring all of my friends and family to him, he knows his stuff and is very professional.
We have used AC Ninjas for several years for yearly maintenance and repairs. Christian has always been very responsive and timely in service. His prices are very reasonable and I trust him and his work. We have had positive experiences in every interaction.
My wife and I have had them out two times in the past 3 years and every time has been a great experience and we have felt like the prices were very reasonable and the customer service was excellent.
