Everyone at ACMoore is always helpful. The store is clean and organized and the prices are fair. I love that I can find things here that I can't find at the other craft stores.
Customer service terribly awful don't have enough on register then the girl I was waiting for at register had to phone someone in the back two separate times before helping the people in front of me. Three people including myself with 5 items between all of us made it a 20 minute line. I was handed a coupon for Black Friday.... they expect me to come in Black Friday when I came in on a weeknight grabbed one thing and waited 20 minutes in the line? LOL!
I have always had a great experience shopping here! Today was my favorite of all! I spotted a tea set on sale that would be the perfect present for my daughter for Christmas but of course she was with me and I didn't want to her to see. So an associate happily got it and took it to the front for me and informed the cashier. The cashier happily scanned and bagged it for me so my daughter wouldn't see! Thank you so very much! I am so greatful!
