Just wanted to warn tenants at the 1300 Mass St. location to carefully walk-thru with AC Management staff at the start and end of your lease (and take pictures). Also, be wary of the neighbors behind the complex, remove valuables and lock your cars..and keep your apartment doors locked. Lastly, document calls for maintenance & repairs throughout your lease.
My husband and I moved into an apartment here, after touring and evaluating some apartments that were offered by competing management/leasing agencies in Lawrence. So far so good. We feel safe and secure, the living quarters are in excellent condition, and this is the perfect place for us to live while my husband attends KU. They also have the friendliest and most helpful staff. All in all, its cleaner, safer, and quieter than another apartment we visited. Thank you so much!
