Best AC company I have ever worked with. Very professional, prompt, and handled me as if I was family. Loved them!! I could call Wes anytime and he answers and provide assistance. I have two AC units that were installed incorrectly and they corrected everything, spoke with my insurance claim adjuster, and followed up with me. Their receptionist is very helpful and kind as well. Great people!!
AC Man installed a brand new unit in my parents home. Two other well known AC companies in the area tried to charge double for a smaller unit.
Best in the business. It seems that most AC services go straight to "...you need a new unit" as opposed to diagnosing an issue to find a less expensive solution - not so with the AC Man! Billy and his operation are honest and knowledgeable with decades of experienced service.
Nice people. Have had 2 good experiences with them. Last time not so good. Our AC unit quit. I called ,was told they were out doing service calls,but would call back. We never got call back. I called answering service later,told same thing.Never got call back til next day I'm sure this is not how William Nix normally does business
Called and left a message that my AC had quit and needed a tech. Never returned my call.
