I really loved these lofts but Im very sad that I looked at like 2-3 seperate apartments and each time i was told It WAS "GIVEN AWAY" if multiple people are looking at an apartment please let that person know. Ive had the money in my pocket now i just feel like they completely were not interested in renting to me because the aparments that were given away are still on zillow etc. It would have been a lovely space for me and my kids. They advertise on multiple renting apps that they have apts available but don't respond to messages or phone calls.
This place is nice high place when I live there for a year ......very very nice downtown living.....high-quality and staff were always trying to please the tenants...I enjoyed my year stay i wish was alot cheaper but they get a a+ in my book
Laundry in this place is horrible. They say they have a whole whole laundry room, the vast amount of times at least 2 to 3 washers are never working. They always have water filled up in it. The dryers out of the 72 of them don’t dry unless you put it in for at least three cycles residents are constantly leaving their wash in there all day long and if you take it out on them and then they come back magically even if your washer dry is not complete. They will take it out and put wet clothes in the middle of the laundry room. T... read more
Megan is amazing and the staff here and so kind and attentive. They do their best to give you a great experience while living here and I’m super glad to be here. Great location, bus lines very close by, super clean, and temperature is always great in here. Thank you for a wonderful living arrangement !
