I completely agree with Nazia Shah’s review: “Not recommended for landlord-tenant cases. Very polite, but did not constructively contribute.” In my experience, Mr. Chinambu rushed me into signing a retainer agreement, then made me wait over 3 months before submitting my claim to LTB. Each time I called for an update, he courteously assured me that my case was on his “priority list”. Hey, Alfred helped me for my LTB case. I changed three different paralegal and nobody was able to open my case and with his help LTB opened my case and I got second hearing. Without his help it was impossible to win the case.
