Our air conditioning wasn’t working on our second floor and temperatures were reaching the high 80s inside for the past 2 years. We had another company come out and they quoted over $1000 to drain the line to find a “possible” leak plus more to replace Freon. That never sounded right to me. I always saw the red AC Lady trucks and this company was highly recommended by neighbors. After we had a ridiculous quote from another dfw air conditioning place, we tried AC Lady. The technician came when they said he would. In a short time found and fixed the problem at one tenth the price from the other place. Although he did point out the age of the unit, there was no pressure to buy anything. Nice guy.
We needed a new motor in our AC. It was ordered and replaced promptly, without any attempt to upsale a service or product. Motor was super efficient, but a little louder than I can tolerate as I have a severe hypersensitivity to sounds. We called and Dillan Hale came out and remedied the problem very effectively by making adjustments at no added charge, and with a smile on his face. I've used AC Lady multiple times and each time I've had zero complaints. My relatives that live in the area share my opinions on the company. They have knowledgeable technicians, do quality work, and are very fair with their pricing. They get to the bottom of the issues, instead of just trying to sell you a new unit at every chance. They're a great local HVAC company and I'll continue to use in the future.
I have used this company now 2 years and one of them was an emergency: freezing weather and no heating. She risk coming over to our hill and help us. Today Dylan; the technician came over and he worked the extra mile to perform our yearly check up. He was amazingly knowledgeable. Thank you AC team
