My AC started making a loud noise, so called the AC lady. My technician Jaymes came out SAME DAY! Wow! He diagnosed the problem and told me exactly what it would cost to fix. Now, my AC is running smooth again! Thanks again Jaymes for the fix and transparency in resolving my issue.
Repeatedly called with no answer or call back. This makes it hard to do business with them.
Jaymes came out from AC Lady to check on one of my units that tripped a breaker. He was extremely personable and quickly identified 2 issue with the unit. He repaired those issues and while I was talking to him about previous problems I had with it, he identified a third problem, which has been the source of a refrigerant leak for over 4 years. Our A/C went out a few weeks ago and it happened to be one of the hottest weeks in TX. I asked for recommendations from my neighbors and friends and multiple people referred The AC Lady. So, I gave her a call and she immediately got back to me and had someone out to our house to take a look and help. While they couldn't do anything that day to fix our problem, they were very thorough and so nice. I am beyond grateful that I called The A/C Lady for a 2nd opinion on my outside A/C unit! My home warranty company sent out a person who told me I needed a brand new outside unit! He kept saying he was slick with this and slick with that and that he knew how to wiggle this or that out of people to get me a better price! $12,000! I actually called him Slick Wiggly!
