I have used this company now 2 years and one of them was an emergency: freezing weather and no heating. She risk coming over to our hill and help us. Today Dylan; the technician came over and he worked the extra mile to perform our yearly check up. He was amazingly knowledgeable. Thank you AC team
A/C Lady is awesome they were here in 30 min Dillan was so kind, knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. I highly recommend a/c lady & Dillan try them & you will see what I mean. Not to forget Melissa whom answered the called so sweet & helpfully excellent experience for a bad situation.
We've used The AC Lady for the past couple of years and will definitely continue! They're honest, knowledgeable, and never pressure you to upsell... they only fix what’s actually necessary. The prices are very reasonable, and the team is always friendly and professional. We’ve been especially happy with Sam. He did a great job on our annual AC inspection and tune-up. We first heard about A/C Lady on the Nextdoor website, and with summer right around the corner, we decided it was the perfect time to have our A/C system checked to make sure it was ready for the Texas heat. March 2026: For those tired of AirCo this company is awesome. I had AirCo come out and swap out a transformer to get my heater running, but then came actual hot day, I tried the AC and saw the blinking red lights of doom. It’s Saturday and 95 degrees out, my AC wasn’t running. Called AC lady in the morning. Sam came out before 2pm, diagnosed the work following AirCo, and swapped the contact in the outside unit.
