This is a hotel that is not conducive to Marriott standards. I was not able to check in at the slotted check-in time as my room was not ready. The lady at the front desk let me know that she would call me when it was ready. Unfortunately, that never happened. My room shower was not operational. I put in two work orders but no one had responded. The lady at the front desk told me that the manager would call me at 8:30 a.m. Again, that did not happen. Place is weird. Iron doesn’t work, weird construction. Stinks like pot. Seems like the whole staff is 16 years old. The showers make a huge mess no matter what you do.
