I was a little surprised at tje room size but everything else has been amazing they had my request in my room as well and my birthday is coming up so they put a birthday card in my room it wasn't expecting anything like that it was a very nice 😊
Friendly staff, spacious room, everything well-maintained and clean. The breakfast is also good and plentiful. We were very bothered by the fact that the windows of the hotel room don’t open and the air conditioning is very loud. This makes it extremely difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
They have pet friendly rooms. Front desk staff and housekeeping team are friendly and chill. Wonderful property, this is our second time staying here. No pool but there’s a gym and micro kitchen by the front lobby, and it’s in the downtown so you’re a block away from all of the restaurants and shops of Santa Rosa. We didn’t try any of the restaurants or bar on site at the hotel but they’re available.
