We enjoyed our stay at the AC hotel. The room was very clean, the hotel was in a great location with convenient parking, and the beds were really comfortable. The best part, however, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was so pleasant and professional. Best of all, we needed an early check in and the wonderful folks at the front desk were able to help us. It was so nice to be able to check in to our clean, comfortable room instead of trying to find somewhere to hang out until check in time. We will definitely choose this ... read more
Really beautiful hotel, conveniently located about a 10 minute walk to the convention center. 2 huge issues. 1. There's no pool. I don't care that it's a business hotel, it's in the middle of Arizona and every other hotel has a pool. 2. The bathroom door in the room is trying to be cool, but it's a horrible design. Is glass and if you bump it in the middle of the night, you'll wake everyone up. Closing it, that's a loud adventure. They need to do something else.
So so happy with my stay! Better than some $1000 a night stays i frequent. Clean, prompt, friendly staff , beautiful design. Great job AC!!!!
The hotel was nice, rooms were good, we enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were great. We did have a couple issues though: I had a water bottle with our stuff that I used for my supplements. Housekeeping picked it up and tossed it out. I went to ask about it and was only told it was gone. I was sad they threw it out but even more sad that they did not care, ask about it or offer a replacement. Then my wife called called for toilet paper as the room did not have any. The noise of the bathroom ventilation was very loud and permanent. Impossible to sleep as we were in a railway station !
