The valet at this hotel is fantastic. His name is Cluster and his friendly attitude and top tier service was such a positive experience that leaving a 5 star review was the least I could do. Also like to call attention to Julienne at the front desk. Our plane was delayed and upon our late arrival she made sure everything went smoothly.
