It’s taken some reflection before I could leave this review regarding my experience at this AC Hotel. Until this visit, seeing an AC Hotel was always a sign of dependability, I have typically been a loyal fan of the brand. For our last-minute Christmas getaway to New Orleans, booking here seemed an obvious choice. I would strongly urge others to reconsider. SCAM, if you have a car you have to use a third party app to get it back, no one ever tells you this. Valet is NOT affiliated with Marriott!!!!!! You can not delete the account or remove CC info from it. (It has a "remove" button but it it text and not clickable). Also, room is spartin, no alarm clock, shower was nice.
Beds were comfy, rooms were solid, but the front desk staff were amazing, special shoutout to Lloyd who even recommended places for our groomsmen to get pics. Steps from French quarter, this is a solid hotel choice.
My flight from MSY to PHL was canceled because of weather and since I was already near New Orleans, I made a last minute reservation at the AC Hotel instead of staying at the Marriott in Metairie like I usually do.
