At this AC property the AC stands for All Converstations! As you can hear basic conversations from the rooms next to you. Seriously, what a JOKE! 500 nights at Marriott in my life, NEVER this bad! Additionally as a titanium member I requested a top floor too. They said they “gave me. Window” like that’s some upgrade? So you should know, this property has rooms with no windows! Our room? Very clean and neat
The only positive thing I can say about this place is the location and the pillows. The front desk person made me feel very unwelcome. Like I had to apologize to her for trying to check into my room I reserved. The lobby is musty, the rooms are small, cracked tiles and countertops in the bathroom, dim lighting in the hallways and the elevator sounds like it’s going to break down at any moment.
