I am a marriot member so I love marriot. I was really excited to stay with ac downtown because the location is AMAZING but the hotel itself left a lot to be desired. This hotel is loud and bright. When u first walk in there is load music playing, people laughing and talking at the bar, very well lit area. This is not a welcoming feeling for me. very nice Excellent service
This is a nice hotel just in downtown Missoula. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes. Hotel is nice but breakfast is not as good as the Ac hotel in Bozeman. The staff here they are not so friendly and personable . We have an oversized vehicle and the valet guy said he couldn’t park it but we’ve stayed here before and it wasn’t an issue before . I told them( valet guy and the front desk girl) just park it tonight and we will check out tomorrow but still he doesn’t want to park it . Ohmygod . That valet guy, hehas no k... read more
Excellent service when I checked in tonight. The staff was helpful and proactive. Spotless room with a nice view of the mountains
Great downtown Missoula location within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the University of Montana. Easy check-in and every staff member was very nice. The main floor lounge had delicious flatbread,and a staff that knows how to make tasty drinks.
