From check in to check out, our stay was fantastic! The staff were superb and our rooms were even better. This is a beautiful hotel with modern, sleek but comfortable rooms. We loved the double headed shower!! I stayed with my husband and three teenage kids who are not easy to please but they were all very happy with our entire stay. Can’t wait to come back!
The worst hotel experience in my life I reserved to stay the duration of winter storm. No ice. Ice maker broken. I asked downstairs and in my rom for milk for my coffee. The answer was no. Didn't even offer to sell it to me. I left as soon as I could during the ice. The hotel would not give me a receipt when I. Left. The next day the emailed a receipt after adding charge for pet clean up for service animal. Awful hotel and personel. Including manager! I am quitting my Bonvoy account and will never stay in a Marriott again
The sheets on the bed had stains. Like just reuse them and not wash them. The door to the room slammed everytime it shut. No on-site parking. Staff was very quick to dismiss you. Won't stay here again. Bed was super uncomfortable not like other Marriot hotels.
