This is one of those hotels that has a theme/style that is all about the form and in the end, lacks the function. With a bathroom that functionally did not work (shower head that as repaired in a way that the handheld did not fit in the bracket, loose toilet seat, a faucet that was set to have too much pressure for the shallow sink and sprayed my pants when I turned it on, etc), it is hard to give a good review. This hotel struggles to do very basic things like making sure the shower body wash dispenser has been filled. It had happened 3 times in 2 different rooms that Ibhave gotten in the shower only to realize there is no soap. It is a very frustrating experience for a business traveler.
Enjoyed the stay! Rooms were a little small but excellent service! James was very attentive and helpful!
