Clean, modern rooms. Friendly attentive staff. Easy free parking. Seemed like limited late night dining options in the immediate area. Nice breakfast buffet (additional fee) with selection of meats, cheese, quiches, parfaits, muffins, etc. Complimentary coffee. Good distance driving to zoo and German village. Did not see the value in paying a bit more for river view room but overall good for my short stay.
We stay in Columbus/Dublin regularly because we have family in the area, and this is definitely the nicest hotel we have stayed at so far. It is very nice and clean, and has great amenities. Our room was overlooking the river, which was neat. If you are on the seventh floor you will most likely hear footsteps above you from the rooftop bar, but it didn't bother us at all. Location was fantastic, staff and service not so much…. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone who wanted an enjoyable or classy experience. Disappointed all around by staff and other guests. Honestly, not worth being silver elite member anymore. The host would not stop licking their lips at us. Felt very uncomfortable, Time after time have never been treated right. It’s time we start receiving the service we pay for.
