My husband and I booked a room here to share with another couple for a concert that was nearby. To begin with, the room seemed very small; not much space to move around with three other people in the room. This place is a huge money grab. Came here with my brother and his girlfriend and by the talks I was expecting something much better than any cheap bed and breakfast. We pull into this tiny entrance way with only enough space for 2 cars otherwise you have to wait on the road and we get all of our luggage out then the Valet parks the car literally 20 yards from the entrance, something we could've easily done ourselves, and they expect a tip on top of the already huge charge. Avoid this hotel. We checked in through the Marriott app before arriving and requested a mobile key because we knew we'd be getting in late. Instead of honoring the reservation, the hotel canceled it as a no-show and then told us we were still required to come to the front desk. The irony? We had to scramble to find another hotel at the last minute because many were already sold out. Ambassador Elite: Before my colleague arrived, I contacted the hotel directly and provided all the necessary information so they could check in using my credit card. I confirmed the arrangements ahead of time to avoid any issues. Despite this, when my colleague arrived, the front desk refused to honor what had been discussed and left them without a room late in the day (2am).
