I want to give a special thank you to the young lady who was working earlier in the day during my stay at the AC Hotel Cincinnati at Liberty Center on 5/9. When I called, she was extremely busy handling multiple things at once, but she still remained kind, friendly, and professional the entire time. She handled everything with a smile and made the experience feel welcoming and appreciated. We definitely need more hotel staff like her. Because of her excellent customer service, I’ll definitely be back!

Estupendo hotel, las habitaciones y el baño espaciosos y limpios, las camas comodísimas y desayuno rico, abundante y variado. Todo el personal muy amable, en particular Ellie, de recepción que de forma muy eficiente y proactiva solucionó personalmente un problema que tuvimos con el baño.
