We LOVE staying at this hotel. the STAFF, especially Dilon Miranda and Jimena Jimenez in reception, and Evelyn and Tatiana in the bar and buffet area for breakfast, offer EXCEPTIONAL customer service and kindness. We feel welcomed and appreciated with each interaction. I will book this hotel first when staying in the area + recommend to friends and family.
Friendly & helpful customer service! Simple & clean rooms with functional designs. Bonus: no carpets Note that the pool is extra small so don’t expect to swim.
We were told the parking would be 20$ for overnight but when we went to pay it was $30. We didn’t use in/out privileges. Disappointing way to start the day.
Rooms are clean, housekeeping, and service requesting items is good. The check in desk and customer service overall could be better. They don’t tell you the wifi, coffee machine, about breakfast options etc. on check in to welcome you like they do at some other Marriotts.
The staff was able to comp my parking in the garage, website did not indicate paid parking. Other than that room was clean and breakfast options where nice.
