Well not sure where to start but number one I ask about bottle water for elite platinum members and she told me you get the 2 small water bottle doesn’t offer another bottle like most of not all Marriott’s do. Then the shower, no door so floor is literally soaking wet had to use two different towels just to soak up water and a third to lay down because floor still wet!
I had an amazing stay at the Ace Hotel in downtown San Jose, and it was largely thanks to Trisha M. She was incredibly kind, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my experience was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, her customer service stood out in the best way possible. Trisha is the kind of employee who makes a real difference, and the Ace Hotel is lucky to have someone like her on their team. She’s an absolute gem and a perfect example of what great hospitality looks like. Thank you, Trisha!
