The two main doors to the lobby are inaccessible even with your key; you can only get in through an awkward sliding door that looks like it belongs in a supermarket. The Wi-Fi didn't work for 3 out of the 6 days I was there. Parking is more expensive than the information provided. However, the location is perfect, the service is very good, and the rooms are very clean.

It's in a great location, the room was great but almost no storage space. There is no microwave in room but a small mini fridge. The internet is unreliable and the TV is unusable for watching Netflix or YouTube. The gym is small but great. The pool is lovely. It's $30 a day plus tax to park. Which is wayyy over priced for a grage that was always almost empty.

I’m in town for a work event that is booking the majority of the hotel for an extended time, we’re working 12+ hour days. The laundry is not working. As a Bonvoy member, I expect them to be more accommodating then offering a third-party vendor that charges $8 per T-shirt to do laundry; if you can’t even tell me when the washers and dryers will be fixed then it should be taken care of. Not helpful.
