Do not stay here. You may be placed into a room where the AC doesn’t fully operate. Where you set a temperature, and the system just stays at the same temp through the night. Set the temp at 70, room stayed at 76 the whole night. Also, just to add some salt, the tv nor the tv remote worked in the room. Be sure to fully review before booking.
Interesting property, but overall a very low-quality experience. The hotel does not offer consistent room service—service is only available three days a week and must be reserved in advance. During my stay, I went to brunch and was informed the restaurant was closed due to a private event, leaving no kitchen options available for hotel guests. My stay at this hotel in California was simply outstanding. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. They welcomed my dogs at no extra cost, which I truly appreciated and which shows a genuinely pet-friendly policy. During one of the most painful days I’ve endured I had the pleasure of speaking with a young lady named Yuliza who answered the phone at this lovely hotel.
