We visited Yours Truly on 08/27/25 while staying at the hotel with a group of friends, and it was truly the highlight of our trip! Very disappointing service and experience at this hotel. Upon arrival on Friday 530pm Aug 18, the outdoor valets did nothing to assist me with my large suitcases. They just looked and stood there. Then the next day when I returned to the hotel with large bags of shopping they didn't offer assistance again. What's their job? Just standing there and talking story? Our late afternoon flight was delayed by about 10 hours and we needed a place to hang out until we could take off. We booked a room last minute and didn’t know what to expect, but were really happy with the whole experience. The staff were wonderful, the room was clean and the restaurant had a great menu for the family. The location is in downtown Honolulu, which is kind of dead on a Saturday night, but it’s close to a lot of museums and historical sites. I had a great stay at this hotel and will absolutely be back. I was in town for six days for work and to visit friends. The room was very clean, comfortable, and just the right size. The air conditioning is well maintained -- quiet and clean. Staff throught the hotel, from valet, front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping -- were consistently very friendly and kind.
