The building and room itself beautiful, clean and functional. All the staff, ready to help at all times. Anything you can't get there you can get at the 24-hour 7-Eleven a block away. The staff at this hotel is truly exceptional. My first positive impression came from meeting Ephran at the front desk. I had accidentally booked the wrong dates, and unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. Despite this, Ephran welcomed me to stay in the lobby for as long as I needed so I could charge my phone and relax after a long day, while he did everything within his control to help me find a solution. ****Pre-check-in vibe check 5/5⭐ We won't actually check in until wed night but we were supposed to be checking in tonight-local airport and TSA issues changed our plans. Thru American Forces Travel, our stay here is package to see our daughter for the first time in her new home AND Hawaii-to boot.
