Our experience at the restaurant at the AC Hotel in Kingston JA was wonderful. This is mostly due to the service of Javaughn Granil. His glowing personality, attention to detail, and willingness to serve are stupendous. He is a raising star indeed, and as an Ambassador of the Marriott rewards program, I am reassured that Marriott knows how to attract and retain great people.
Spoke with the Assistant manager Rodrick of the valet service, who was a stellar guy. Super willing to answer all.of my questions, despite the fact it was memorial day weekend, and he was both short on staff and had more than his normal amount of clients utilizing his services. My valet delivered my car exactly as it was before, safely, and promptly. Would use again!
Had a great time celebrating a mini staycation. Adriana and Davey were so great. Honestly all of the staff even when I called in with questions were so kind. Will definitely stay here again.
Michelle was great at the front, she kept me up to date with my room status and made sure I was taken care of! The room is beautiful and the location is great.
