Really enjoyed my stay at AC Hotel Dallas Downtown. The lobby is beautiful, lively, and welcoming, even when I arrived around 11:15 p.m., and the downtown location is excellent. The service was the standout. The gentleman who checked me in was incredibly patient and kind while I dealt with some card issues, and checkout was just as pleasant and seamless. Great prices great location and great service from Dante
Dante took great care of us for our check in at night.
Hotel is in the heart of downtown Dallas. The room is for minimalist. Its dim & cold. Even the hall lighting is dim. The residence inn is in the same building. Bright lighting in their halls, but they seem to have no water more often than I appreciate without any notice. The staff are friendly, but some tell you something can't be resolved & another staff fixes it. Maybe they should refer it to someone who can instead of saying what they can't.
