I had an uncontrolled flight cancellation due to weather and had to cancel the room last minute. I called multiple times to discuss a refund. Front desk told me twice a manager would call and never did. I travel for work and spend a lot of money with Marriott. I would expect better customer service even if they aren’t going to refund it.
