We had an abysmal experience during our recent stay. As frequent visitors to Chapel Hill with limited hotel options, we've encountered ongoing issues with this property. The cleaning service has been consistently unreliable. While they supposedly clean every other day, this rarely happens. During our most recent visit, after 2 days of no housekeeping service, we inquired at the front desk. We were told our room would be cleaned immediately. Terrible, EV charging, bullshit, only Tesla chargers, 25$ to park on site, public parking is Accross the street
We got here in the middle of a tropical depression. I was stressed, we didn’t have a reservation and my wife and two kids were with me on a cross country road trip. We were greeted by a friendly front desk attendant, he got us a room for cheap quickly and treated us great! Room was clean and location was great. I definitely would stay here again!
Great location in Chapel Hill. Nice, clean rooms.
