Great hotel with close proximity to everything we had planned. We were able to explore Centennial Olympic Park and catch several fountain shows, walk to breakfast at Waffle House (great vibe and service) and walk to the Georgia Aquarium and World of Coca Cola. Will give major props to the front desk staff who were always cheerful and helpful and to the housekeeping on 3rd floor- kind and wonderful service! Rooms were fine but kind of odd overall. The bathroom doors were sliding doors and so everyone in the room can see and hear everything you do in there. Also the rooms are incredibly dark. Fine but not awesome.
The hotel itself was absolutely gorgeous !! It’s a 2-4minute walk to the Aquarium, has lots of little shops/convenience stores nearby, and is right across from the Sky View ferris wheel. We had trouble with our room key- it stopped working twice during our 4 night stay. Front desk employees were relatively unfriendly. They seemed extremely unhappy to be there. I got here on thursday. They supposedly have a 400 security deposit and charged me 230 of it because i checked out sunday night instead of monday night. When the entire trip was prepaid for. No where did they say i was getting a refund for the night i already paid for but wouldnt be here for. And they get to keep an extra 230 from me. None of that makes any sense to me.
