I had a bad experience here. My room was not cleaned for 3 days. Location is not the greatest, even though is closed to the Mercedes Stadium. Stay someplace else.
The room had a cup of eaten ramen noodles in the room. who knows what else went on in the room.
Left my passport in the room safe after checkout. Called in a panic – Mercedes answered, checked the safe immediately, confirmed everything was there, and arranged overnight FedEx to my next hotel with clear instructions and tracking. Calm, kind, and attentive. She turned a disaster into a non-issue. Huge thanks to Mercedes – outstanding service!
