This was a negative experience, and you are better off finding a different hotel. Let's start with booking. When booking the room, you could select the room type base on number of beds (i.e. 1 King, 2 Queens, etc.) and after selecting room type you would be shown pictures of the room. Our group was in need of 2 queens, but given none were available at the time of booking and the pictures of the 1 King room proudly displayed a couch, we figured we could make that work. I had a fantastic stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The comfortable rooms and great amenities made my trip all the more enjoyable.
Staff is very friendly
Everything was great. Rooms were clean, registration desk was friendly, dining room had decent food and drinks, parking was easy, and gym was spacious and well-equipped.
