Understaffed without proper customer service training
Nice property. I was in town for a conference and this was the hotel. It is nice but I don't love the "AC" concept. Too little storage and the breakfast is hit or miss.
We loved staying at this hotel. Very convenient location for going to Fenway Park. Rooms were very nice. New rugs were just installed on the 4th floor so our room had a strong odor when we first went in. Leaving the air condition on high seemed to help and we didnt notice the smell later that night. Staff were very helpful and friendly as well. Train station is conveniently located right across the street. Room had a sound machine and we were never bothered by the trains. We will definitely be staying here again in the futur... read more
