Scott came very quickly on a hot day and knew what he was doing with my AC. He is friendly and charges reasonable fees for his service.
I trust AC&H like I've never trusted another service contractor. I am impressed with Scott's willingness to assist a clients concerns ASAP! This company has heart. And that's difficult to find in this day & age.
Scott knows his stuff, arrives on time, backs his work, offers good advice and is reasonable with his charges. You're nuts not to use him.
We have used AC & H Services twice in the last few months. (The two service calls that close were of no fault of AC & H Services) On both calls, Scott was very informative, knowledgable, punctual (and even earlier than expected), friendly and pleasant to interact with. He told us the location of the leak in our AC unit and offered to be the technician, once we get our replacement AC unit.
My heat went out in my house..they were there within an hour..and fixed the problem. Nice guy, no real complaints.
