Phone out of service. Paid $390 for a surge protector. Was never installed. Oh, and the heater doesn't work either. Monthly payments ended up being $20 per month more than stated. Was supposed to get 2 free cleanings, never got one. Had to have new ECM motor installed by other company. Window units are the way to go.

So. AC Guyz is not HHS. They just happen to have H.H.S phone numbers and are at the same address. HHS who was less then truthful on the ten year parts and labor. So I deleted the posting from HHS. I will pickup when AC Guyz took over. 05/24/2017 9am. My AC Fan motor broke. Called service number and talked to Jill. She says labor is covered only for one year. Parts are covered for ten years. Thanks to the A/C tech Mark; you were very informative and knowledgeable. Update: Change the the stars from five to one; due to a failed inspection for unfinished work. Can not get anyone to come and fix it. Will be filling a complaints.
