Honest and friendly. I called as a 2nd opinion and they caught “the other guys” in a lie. AC Guys are honest and affordable and do things right the first time. So glad my friends recommended them to us!

I’ve worked with AC Guys on 2 different units and they took care of the situation wonderfully. This week I had a problem with my heater during some very cold FL days. The receptionist was very kind and got me on the schedule that day. David came out and examined the whole unit and found dangerous breakers in my electric panel causing the air and heat to turn off. We used this company for years and used to be happy with them, including having them install a new Amana system. Unfortunately, that’s when the problems started. We had ongoing issues with high humidity, drainage, and airflow. Every time we called, we were told it was “normal” or blamed on things like our filters. One “fix” was literally propping the drain line up with a piece of wood. We also pointed out a large gap in the return/filter area that was sucking in hot air and were told it was sealed — it wasn’t. Excellent service man!...explained all my concerns, was very thorough with servicing our unit, we will only use A/C guys, as we have for years!!
