Leo from Hobson Air did a great job for us. His knowledge of hvac systems was impressive and he quickly got our system up and running. He came back tidy to install an additional part and a new thermostat. He took his time to ensure that we were comfortable with the new system. Thanks again Leo!

Mark and Tyler were both Professional and upfront to what needs to be done and possible issues that might arise. Considered my family when dealing with work time frame to minimize interruption. Highly recommend.

I needed a simple thermostat replacement that took the tech 15 minutes to do. He did a professional job but charged $402, including the device which he said cost about $100. That's $302 for the labor, which is $1200 an hour! They promised to refund the $50 service fee if the bill was more than $100 but never did. I called the day after and they promised to credit my account and have a manager call me. So far, another day later, I have not received the promised call or the refund.
