I went through my home owners insurance to get service to my garage. Everything was fully covered and paid with the exception of some additional service that was likely an up sale to get an additional $125.00 out of me, I had no issue with this service however upon completion the technician advised that they did not accept my form of payment, which was an American Express. Work was okay. It was very difficult to get a hold of anyone to complete the door. Easy fixes were turned into no return calls or emails. Some of the work I had to do myself when I paid for their service. Would not recommend to anyone.
Just from looking, and listening, to their website, I get the sense that this is a serious company and that they deserve our business
We had great service from Javier! He serviced our garage door and didn’t try to have us add services that we don’t need! was quick to put in new springs and gave us a resolution with our door! Hands down this is the company to go for.
