Contacted John to repair a leak in the HVAC unit he installed in 2022. He quoted me $500 which he called “forward pricing” which is total BS because he knows the system. Bottom line is he did the job in 30-35 minutes (I have time stamps on camera) and charged me $484.13. Parts total was $69. So they charged me over $350 per hour for labor. After many estimates for a new system we decided to go with John and his team. The price was reasonable and within our budget. He was honest and straightforward about what was best to meet our needs. John came highly recommended from friends and did a terrific job putting in our Trane HVAC System. He is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and reasonably priced. He stayed after hours to finish the job, due to a snafu, so we could have air during the 100+ temperature days we’ve had. We also like to deal with someone local instead of big companies. You won’t be disappointed.
