I recently had AC First out for an annual checkup and system inspection, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. John was responsive, professional, and truly fair in his approach — he took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and set clear expectations for what to watch for going forward. It's rare to find a technician who combines technical knowledge with genuine customer care the way John does. I can't say enough positive things about this experience. Highly recommend AC First!

Outstanding Service – Honest and Reliable! I can't say enough good things about A C First! Another AC company had come out the day before and told me my outdoor compressor unit was shot and needed to be completely replaced—an expensive and stressful diagnosis. Contacted John to repair a leak in the HVAC unit he installed in 2022. He quoted me $500 which he called “forward pricing” which is total BS because he knows the system. Bottom line is he did the job in 30-35 minutes (I have time stamps on camera) and charged me $484.13. Parts total was $69. So they charged me over $500 per hour for labor. After contacting John and disputing the exorbitant charge, he reduced it by $100. Too little too late, and he wouldn’t have done anything if I hadn’t called it out.
