Very nice team! I called on accident (wrong city) and they still spent the time helping diagnose over the phone and providing recommendations for my HVAC problems.
AC express is very professional! Austin area is experiencing a heavy snow storm right now and a capacitor of my furnace was out. AC Express sent someone in within two hours and the capacitor is changed with in 10 minutes and so I wouldn’t have a broken furnace! Kudos for those hard working professionals! AUSTINACEXPRESS repaired my Amana AC condenser within 2 hours of my request for service. The service technician was professional and a real nice guy. I was surprised by the cost…in a GOOD WAY. I’m keeping their number for future HVAC service needs.
AC Express came out promptly and took care of our cooling troubles. Spencer offered some good options and explanations. A thorough system check seemed to indicate low refrigerant. Our refrigerant was topped off and the house seems to be getting cooled properly again.
Great experience with AC Express. Friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. On 6/1/26, Mike and his technician replaced one of my thermostats and got my AC working in about an hour. He also quickly inspected my other ac unit to make sure it's running fine. I would recommend.
