Michael, the owner of this company, is probably one of the most honest, courteous, and customer driven people I’ve ever met in my life. I was not one of his customers, but he still came out a Memorial Day weekend and talked me through all the issues I had with my AC, he didn’t try to overcharge me, he didn’t try to give me bad advice, and he went above and beyond to make sure my family got back cooling quickly. It's a nice warm Austin day and your AC System dies. There are so many AC/Heating companies in Austin...who do you call? If you want great service, a fair price and quick response you call AC Express. Michael and Chris did a fantastic job replacing our system including moving interior equipment up to the attic. Mike was fantastic. He was very flexible with scheduling, showed up the same morning I called to book, and took care of my issues in less than an hour. I also appreciate his clear explanation of future options to replace my old system, but was not at all pushy. Great experience all around… I know who I’m calling when I’m ready to proceed with a replacement!
