Ac went out, my home service program had no time open for weeks and it was in the 100 degree range. Made a call to AC Express to co e give me an insight to the issue and they quickly identified that the Condenser was frozen. Asked for a quick estimate, it was reasonable so I asked what there time frame was to replace it, and they said in 2 hours as they had a unit on there truck. Excellent services start to finish.
We had our AC go out in 110 degree weather and called AC Express basically in a panic. Michael was at our house within an hour, figured out what was wrong, and had our AC back on before we even went to bed that night. He was so friendly, easy to work with, and just genuinely wonderful through the whole process. We were so grateful for how quickly he showed up and how efficient he was, especially in that kind of heat. Truly could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Michael and AC Express!
Very nice team! I called on accident (wrong city) and they still spent the time helping diagnose over the phone and providing recommendations for my HVAC problems.
AC express is very professional! Austin area is experiencing a heavy snow storm right now and a capacitor of my furnace was out. Edit 06/2026: This is the second time I hired them. As usual, they are energetic and professional. My property is in Cedar Park and so they could fix the condensor blowing fan issue within a day. Their quote is reasonable an... read more
AUSTINACEXPRESS repaired my Amana AC condenser within 2 hours of my request for service. The service technician was professional and a real nice guy. I was surprised by the cost…in a GOOD WAY. I’m keeping their number for future HVAC service needs.
