James was here today and got my a/c going. Very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Love this company.
James saved our Labor Day weekend! Despite the heat, he came out on a Saturday and worked hard to get our AC back up and running. He was kind, professional, explained everything clearly, and kept the work area clean. We are so grateful for his excellent service and highly recommend him!
James was our tech guy. He was honest and sincere. We could tell he really cared about the quality of his work and he cared about us as costumers. He investigated the problem, came up with a solution, and proceeded with the work. I will call and directly ask for him the next time we need work done.
