The very first time Patrick visited us and provided top notch service with a quick fix to keep us cool until an estimate could be approved! He was punctual and very polite. Knowing that our unit was in need of replacement Patrick brought out portable ac units as well! But when I tell you that we had our new ac unit installed within 1 day of approval! That’s insane!! Patrick was professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He was here within 2 hours of my call. My house was freezing before he left, that was the goal! Prices are reasonable. I will be reaching out to them for regular maintenance.
I recently experienced this company first time . I must say very professional a son and pops business . Patrick helped us with my A.C. what I liked the most is of course he knew what he was doing but most of all he was humble and won't take your money just to take it . I cannot say ENOUGH positive things about AC Direct! I first used this company for service on an aging AC unit nearly 2 years ago. They were prompt, professional, and reasonable and their service "bought" me a couple of years with my system. It was finally time to replace my 15 year old unit and I had estimates from several companies. AC Direct provided me with the BEST deal to replace my HVAC system and were able to install it on the very next day. I highly recommend AC Direct for great service, dependability, and price.
