A/C Designs sales representative, Billy Deloach, was very thorough, knowledgeable, & professional. He simplified the process of purchasing a new air conditioning unit unlike the other two companies I received quotes from. The service technicians did an excellent job with the installation working through the entire summer day despite the extreme heat. This is a crooked company to be avoided at all costs. You'll get a different tech every time and each one will find a different problem and NONE of them will be correct. My 3 year old unit stopped working and the new company we called discovered that they installed the wrong board which is why this unit kept blowing fuses. Edit: Thanks for the reply, but we had you out FIVE TIMES. Five.
