Beware of this business! Owner does not keep his word and is extremely rude and difficult to deal with. He will tell you anything to get your business but once he has your money you are screwed. He promised to include written instructions and when product arrived there were none so I had to get instructions from him over the phone which I followed exactly but panel would never function properly. AC/DC was great to work with and did a beautiful job.
If I could put a negative star review I would. They don't even deserve one single star. This place has TERRIBLE customer service. The owner is EXTREMeLY rude, disrespectful, and absolutely NO customer service. A bit of the back story... I purchased a Coltex inverter which was highly recommended by Ramsey (owner) for our application. We had it installed and it ended up being defected.
