We called and were able to get a next day appointment. It looks like most of the time, their electricians are available after 6pm because the bulk of their work is in Manhattan, which works for us too. Mike came and inspected our outlet, and helped identify the issue in no time.

Mike is a great and very knowledgeable electrician! He was very patient with us, communicative, and able to promptly figure out an issue we were having with the outlets & lights in our apartment. I would definitely recommend!
