I don't know what happened to this place it used to be really good. I have gone several times and the coin operated machine has constantly off. I'm done with this place. I have to hand wash my vehicle and there are several other places in Richmond I am starting to use.
So I just left the car wash I used the manual side I tried using quarters it wouldn't take then $5 bill that wouldn't work I was forced to use my card just to get a $6 hold while washing the car there was zero soap coming out of the sprayer. Waste of money!
