OFFERED TO RESEAL COAT AT MATERIAL COST AND NO LABOR CHARGE,,,, BRUCE,D REFUSED.... HIS ASPHALT HAD PREVIOUS CONSTRUCTION WORK,, CAUSING THE SEALER NOT TO ADHERE TO THE ASPHALT..
Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with AC. They offer a 2 year warranty on the seal coating but after 3 weeks the coating started to flake off and was gone within 2 months. It took Anthony 10 months to come out to the house to inspect the job where he promised to make it right only if I paid again for the material. I have been unable to find him since. Needless to say, his integrity and business dealings are terrible and I am now forced to report him to the BBB and pursue legal action as the charges were in the thous... read more
I recommend AC, not because they did a great job, but rather they did a very good job, then I had a problem, and after a bit, they promptly came out and fixed the issue. To me, THAT is great customer service!
