First I was told that only the controller on our hot water heater needed to be replaced, tech came out and said not possible because pressure valve would not open, replaced hot water heater and two days later we had a significant propene leak which I detected vented the entire house before a significant explosion could occur, they fixed it within 1 1/2 hours, but it put us at risk, no response from management, last night the new unit failed!!! Damien was awesome. Pointed out some things I had thought were previously done incorrectly by another company and offered to fix them. Showed me everything he looked at and was honest and accurate.

I had a pipe break out near the sidewalk by my water main and had the water shut off to my house. I called A/C and Plumbing Pros and request after-hours urgent service on a Sunday. Within an hour Curtis was on-site and fixed what turned out to be a broken irrigation line, and thankfully not the main supply line, and I was back up and running in no time. Great service and very reasonable price as well. I will be using them again for my future plumbing needs. 100% recommend them.
