I had a persistent sewer smell coming from my guest bathroom that two other companies couldn't diagnose. AC and Plumbing Pro sent Austin out, and within twenty minutes he discovered a dry P-trap AND a cracked wax seal under the toilet that was slowly leaking. He replaced the seal, explained how to maintain the trap, and the smell is completely gone. Thorough, knowledgeable, and they actually care about solving the root problem.

I've been burned by plumbing companies before who try to upsell services I don't need. Curtis came out to fix a slow-draining shower and could have easily told me I needed a major repipe. Instead, he snaked the line, cleared a massive hair clog in ten minutes, and charged me their minimum service fee. No drama, no upselling, just honest work. This is my plumber for life now.

I love a company that is upfront about their pricing. They came out for a clogged main drain and could have easily upsold me on things I didn't need. Instead, they cleared the blockage quickly and even showed me the video from the scope to prove the line was clean. The price was exactly what they quoted over the phone. Honest and hardworking.

He explained my options without using confusing jargon. The price was fair, the work was thorough, and I felt completely informed the entire time. Great customer service and great plumbing.
